I'll work through your wish list of design items in priority of importance. Here are some examples of what I can help with.

Social Media Templates

Are you looking for some customised and branded Canva templates for your business or upcoming launch? We can create consistent square, story and reel covers for your brand, all customised to your content.

Marketing Collateral

Have a list of marketing collateral you need checked off? We can cover anything from stationery to flyers, brochures, presentations, e-books and more. I can work through your to wish list and achieve plenty in a day.

Website Updates

If you have an existing Squarespace website, I can update it with new branding, update design layouts, add custom features and pages, or even add a Shop or Blog.

Packaging Design

I can design product labels, box designs, branded stickers or custom tissue paper on the templates you provide me.

how it works

Your VIP Design Day in action

01. Book your day

Once I’ve confirmed a VIP Design Day (or Half Day) is perfect for you, I’ll send a Proposal for you to choose your date, sign our Service Agreement and pay the full amount upfront to secure your day.

02. Prep work

You’re in! The next step is a worksheet confirming your design wish list and supplying all the necessary content. The day before to your VIP Design Day, we’ll organise a quick video call to plan the day and answer any questions.

03. VIP experience

I’ll start at the top of your wish list and work my way down throughout the day. I’ll need you on standby to provide feedback and to sign off on drafts. At the end of the day, I’ll package up all the deliverables and send them across.

04. The after party

That’s a wrap! I’ll checkin the following day to make sure you have everything you need. If we need to schedule another day or half day we can book that in too.

FAQs

Not sure if this is for you?

  • This is totally custom to your needs! Some things take longer than others, so please reach out for any advice on what I can design for you in one day.

  • Prior to the day, we’ll discuss your wishlist and confirm your priorities so I can work through the list in a constructive way. While I can’t absolutely guarantee delivery of everything in one day, I can guarantee you’ll have the entire day dedicated to you which is much more productive than small jobs here and there. I always ask for ‘need to have’ and ‘nice to have’ design tasks so if there’s leftover time we can utilise the entire day.

  • Your design day is booked in advance so I can completely clear my schedule and work exclusively with you. If you need to change your date, I will need at least 2 days notice prior to your booked day, or your deposit will be forfeited.

    If you become unavailable during the day itself, I will work through your task list as best I can, but please note I will not be able to make further changes once the day is over.

  • I will need to get in touch with you sporadically throughout the day so you can provide feedback and approve certain items. I’m happy to text you throughout the day when I need you to respond to my emails. The longer you take to reply, the less time I’ll have to make any revisions.

  • Of course! Upon enquiry I’ll let you know what’s achievable in a day. You can book two consecutive days up front, or you can book an extra day in the following weeks if we need more time or additional things pop up.

  • Upon enquiry I’ll let you know which option is appropriate for your design wish list.

  • I will always communicate via email so it’s in writing, but I’m very happy to send you a text to let you know there’s an email waiting in your inbox. I’m also happy to chat on the phone but I do require written feedback too.

  • Dedicating an entire day (or half day) to your business alone means there is less admin time and I’m 100% focused on your brand. It’s far more productive with file management so I’ll be able to whizz through your wish list much faster than if we worked on adhoc design items sporadically throughout the month.
