How I use Dubsado in my creative business.

The integrated Proposal, Contract and Invoice tool makes pitching to new clients EASY and very impressive. Clients can select a package, sign a contract and pay their deposit in one easy step.
I receive so many comments on how professional my proposals are and what program I use - I have designed it to make it look like it’s another page on my own website!
Canned Emails allow me to create fully custom email templates, meaning they sound like me and save SO much time.
Save time with Templates
I create Project Packages so when I’m building new client proposals, I don’t need to write out a new quote each time. I can choose a project template I’ve previously made and refine it if needed. Then, with my integrated proposal/contract/invoice, once the client selects a package, it gets automatically applied to the invoice!
Payment Schedules are available so you can setup your own parameters on when and how you want to be paid.
I can create Form templates so once a client has signed up, I can send them relevant questionnaires about their brand and project.
Track Leads
Dubsado keeps me organised with a visually pleasing Dashboard and Project Overview, ensuring I stay on top of timelines, invoices and client communication.
I can track email opens and proposal views so I know when clients and potential customers have viewed my content.
